An AI agent is composed of 4 main components:
Knowledge: Knowledge about your business, products and services
Interaction: Agents have different functions in different areas (e.g. for example for an online content producer agent you may have 3 functions: researcher, content producer and marketer) and by communicating with each other they can get the best output possible
Systems or tools: These are the tools that we make available to them, such as LinkedIn access to post posts, or YouTube to upload videos.
Skills: Just like humans, knowing a specific topic doesn't necessarily mean you are skilled. For example, an agent who knows your product still needs to know how to write effective social media posts that will drive engagement.
What's the process of rolling out an AI agent into my business?
There are 4 steps:
